Before you begin
Account deletion is permanent.
Once completed, you will lose access to the account and deleted data cannot be recovered from the live Service. Export any records you need first.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewal.

Request deletion by email
If you have uninstalled PayCal, cannot sign in or no longer have access to your account, email us from the address associated with your PayCal account. Include the account email and business name, where applicable.
To protect accounts and business records, we may ask you to verify your identity or authority over the workspace. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless we first provide a secure method.
03 · Data deletion
What we delete
After the request is verified, we delete or irreversibly anonymise personal information associated with the account from PayCal's live systems, unless it must be retained for one of the reasons described below. This normally includes:
- Account and profile information, including your name, account email, mobile number, login credentials, authentication tokens and active device sessions.
- Business workspace information where you are the account owner and the whole workspace is being closed, including business settings, services, availability, staff profiles, locations and resources.
- Customer and operational records controlled by the deleted business workspace, including customer profiles, bookings, notes, tags, forms, consent records, uploaded files and media.
- Communication and device information, including push tokens, notification preferences and message-delivery records that are no longer required.
- Provider connections, including PayCal's stored connection credentials and identifiers that are no longer required to complete legal, payment or security obligations.
If you are a staff member rather than the business owner, deleting your personal PayCal account removes your access and personal profile. Business records such as completed bookings, payments and audit entries may remain under the business's control and may be de-identified where appropriate.
04 · Limited retention
What we may keep
Some information cannot be deleted immediately where retention is reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal claims or another legal obligation.
Any retained information is isolated from normal use where appropriate and used only for the reason it was retained. See the PayCal Privacy Policy for more information.
